William J. Phillips, Sr., age 86, of Vienna, Virginia died on Thursday, December 27, 2012. Beloved husband of Sarah Ann Phillips; father of William J. Phillips, Jr., Gary E. Phillips, Michael J. Phillips, Carol L. Phillips, Elizabeth . dobrenz and Richard P. Phillips and brother of Betty Fletcher. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lion's Club International Foundation, 300 W. 22nd Street, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523.
