Wilkinson of Monrovia, MD, Kit W. Vale of Darien, CT, Tracy A. Wilkinson of McLean, VA, Dawn E. Evans of Hanover, PA, stepfather of Joanna and Justice Chang; father-in-law of Marilyn H. Wilkinson of Milwaukee, WI; brother of Joseph E. Wilkinson of Morrison, MO. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends may call on Thursday, March 29 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA. Mass will be offered on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 10:45 a.m. at Fort Myer Chapel. Interment Arlington National Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
