I have been a neighbor of Bill and Lois Howe for 27 years. The whole family have been great neighbors and I have really enjoyed Bill’s feisty personality and sense of humor. He was so proud of his children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren and would often speak of them. Since the passing of his wife, Lois, he had many fond memories of her that he especially liked to relate. My condolences to Jackie, Bill and Nancy. Many thanks for all that you – and caretaker Ellie – did to make him comfortable the last few months. My thoughts are with you all.
To the family of Mr. Howe. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. I do not believe I ever met him, however I have heard from some of our Past Governors of the Capital Virginia District that he was an asset to our organization. Respectfully, Barbara Grizzard Governor Designate 2013-2014
