Zane Marion Blake, formerly of Richmond, Virginia, died Saturday, March 24, 2018. He is survived by his loving daughters, Rachael Blake (Steve Soltes), Jennifer Smith (McKay), and Laura Thompson (Gregory); six grandchildren, Blake, Maxwell, Stella, Sophie, Alexandra, and Violet; siblings Margaret Heinrich and Frank Blake; and other family and friends. He was also the beloved husband of Alice Talley Blake who preceded him in death. Mr. Blake's family will receive friends at Money & King Funeral Home, Vienna, VA, on Tuesday, March 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 28, at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Vienna, VA. A graveside service and interment will will follow on Thursday, March 29, at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Richmond, VA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
