  1. Dear Kevin, Mark and Brett, Please accept my sincere sympathies on the loss of your mom. She was the HR director at RVIA when I applied for a job there back in the 80’s. I worked with her for a number of years and enjoyed the fun times we had playing Bunco together with other friends and employees at RVIA for quite a few of those years. We had some good laughs together especially the time Kevin came to RVIA one afternoon during Halloween dressed as a French maid! That was hilarious. We also shared fond stories about our children and grandchildren with each other. Whenever office issues needed to be discussed, your mom was always ready to listen and never failed to give worthwhile advice. We lost touch after we both retired, however, I will always remember her as someone who was dedicated to her career as well as a fun person to know as a friend. Sincerely, Mary Ann Hautala

  2. By far, one of the coolest, most supportive and compassionate friends that I’ve ever met. Within moments of meeting her, you felt like you’ve known her a lifetime. She was a constant support to, not just me, but everyone around her. She loved her family fiercely and helped everyone around her with some deep knowledge of what the world really needs. I will never forget her, she helped so many people (staff, family members and other residents) understand more and change their perceptions of people living with Alzheimer’s to realize that they are capable of amazing, fun and exciting things! Those little feet left a massive footprint on all of us at Waltonwood. All of my love to the Argall and Cashion family. I am so sorry for your loss. -Kate Ritchie

  3. Chris and I started working at RVIA at approximately the same time and our desks were next to each other. We found that our birthdays were close and we began exchanging small gifts…well, for 30 years this exchange continued each giving the other something Halloween…our favorite holiday. I enjoyed her company and loved to laugh with her. She would tell me of a good book she had just read and we often exchanged books (her’s often more serious than mine). Your Mom held challenging positions at RVIA and she fulfilled them with her best efforts. Chris was a co-worker and true friend that I will miss. May God give you strength during this difficult time. 4. We have so much love for this wonderful woman who will live on in hearts and minds. Her common sense and laughter will be greatly missed. With much sympathy, Amy Hays Holliman and family.
