Eldon Floyd Evers, age 88, formerly of Sterling, Va., passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Fairfax Nursing Center. Beloved husband of the late Bruni Evers; devoted father of Brad, Brian, Bill and Mike; brother of Audrey Scrivener. Also survived by 3 grandchildren.
Services will be private at National Memorial Park in Falls Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

I remember the first time I met Eldon which was about 50 years ago! I went over to the apartment pool to swim with Brad and talked with Eldon for awhile. He was so very kind and sweet. From then on, for many, many years he was like a second father to me. Loved him! The best father-in-law and grand father to Kevin and Nicholas. I am sending hugs and prayers to all the Evers family.
