Marie A. Klinko, passed away peacefully at home, December 30, 2019. She is survived by three children, Karen Leibrand, Robert Klinko , Jr., Marie Elena Long, sons-in-law Will Leibrand and Juan Machado Guzman, four grandchildren, Alycia Bretz, Richard Florian, Danielle and Eddie Klinko and five great grandchildren Kyle, Mason and Hannah Rega, Joshua and Noah Bretz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Klinko.
Born and raised in Jamestown, NY, she worked and traveled abroad until settling in the DC area in 1964 where she raised her family and finally retired a second time in 2012.
A celebration of life will be held at the home for family and friends starting at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 11th.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
