  1. Over the past year Marshall and I became friends. Not just part of the Cowboy group. He would try to get you into a debate over anything and then smile at you. We would go to gun shows and it would take him forever just to buy an item and then he would have an argument with you over what he bought. Emmett and I would give him a hard time about it. But that’s when Marshall would sit back and just grin from ear to ear at us. I think it was his way of saying. “I gotcha” . To play with our minds. He was also a man that would give you the shirt off of his back without saying 1 word. I WILL MISS YOU MY FRIEND.??????

  2. I am at a loss for words – Marshall was my friend a true friend! He was “a jack of all trades” with a unparalleled wealth of knowledge. He was kind, honest and loyal. Always willing to help his friends and total strangers. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers & WV. Whenever I see a Steelers or WV game I will remember Marshall and his smile which always made me smile. I am lucky to have known Marshall and I will miss him dearly!

  3. I grew up on West Street as a neighbor of the Toutsie family. You will never know a nicer family. I even remember Uncle Ernest. Angelo, John, Tom and family I send my sincere condolences to all of you. Marshall was so considerate to my Dad in later years and a special friend to all of us.

  4. I am stunned Marshall is gone. I remember growing up with the Toutsi boys on West Street. Marshall was just a year older than me and a frequent playmate. Back then, we played with squirt guns. Many kids on the block will remember the great water battles. Those were wonderful childhood times. He will always be remembered as a kind, considerate, and loyal friend. My deepest condolences to friends and family, especially Angelo, Tommy, and Johnny. Kathy Snodgrass

  5. My deepest sympathy to the family of Marshall Toutsi. Angelo, I happened to come across your brother’s Obituary and was truly shocked. I am the former Mary Caneris, sister of Tony Caneris. Friends from your past. Memory Eternal ✝️. Your brother is in Christ’s arms… Ζωή σέ μας..

  6. I mourn Marshall’s passing greatly. Not only was he my oldest and best friend, but he was a great person. He defended his country in Vietnam and only a few people know how close he came to losing his life by doing so. We grew up on West Street and I consider him my second brother . He loved my parents as well and our family was blessed to have the Toutsi family in our lives. I pray that when he passed the first people he saw Was his precious mother, father and uncle Ernest Rossis . God bless the l Toutsi family in this hour of need …Love Tom Tompos 2 cor 5:8
