Guestbook

  1. Vera is one of the strongest and kindest women I have been honored to have in my life. She made everyone’s life a little lighter, fun and happier. She was my friend, my auntie, my mother. I will remember and miss her big heart, her smile, her laugh, her love. Rest in peace, dear one. I love you, Vera. My deepest condolences to the family.

  2. I don’t think she ever met a stranger! I was blessed with having visits with her once she moved to Winchester. She had an amazing sense of humor! She loved life and lived it to the fullest. May precious memories bring peace and comfort to her family and friends.

  3. Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.

  4. I was so fortunate to have met Vera and her inviting me into the family. I met Vera soon after Karen and I got together in 2000. Vera accepted me with open arms. She walked Karen down the aisle during our wedding in 2013. It was absolutely beautiful. Vera, you were an amazing woman and I am so fortunate to have had you in my life the last 20 years. Thank you for all you have done, and for what I know you will continue to do from heaven. Love, Esther

  5. Vera was a special lady that we were blessed to know . Met her as a young child through her sister Frances. Shared a few of her later birthday parties with her and kept in touch. She truly will be missed by all and take great comfort knowing now she is at home with God.

  6. We did not know Vera but our very good friend, Jane McIver, knew her well and loved her dearly. We wanted to honor and remember Vera’s special life.
