Of Landsdowne, VA and formerly of McLean, VA died on Wednesday April 18, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Patricia B. Schilling; mother of Duane Schilling and brother of Nancy Boggs and Jim Schilling. Funeral services will be held at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Tuesday, April 24 at 10 AM. Interment will follow that day at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Richmond, VA at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Capital Caring, 2900 Telestar Ct., Falls Church, VA 22042.

Bill was simply an amazing human being. One of a handful of the kindest, caring and giving, humble men I have ever known. No words can cover all of his accomplishments in this life. I am humbled and grateful to have had him as a friend, mentor, teacher . He inspired many and showed that the extraordinary can be achieved. I will miss him and will never forget.
I’m so sorry for your recent loss. My deepest condolences to your family. Death of a loved one is always hard to endure, but you don’t have to go through it alone. You can always find comfort in our God of tender mercy Jehovah, as found at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4.
