Robert Carmical is the Owner and General Manager of Money & King Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Vienna, Virginia. With over three decades of experience, Robert is deeply committed to providing exceptional care and support to families during their most challenging times. He leads with a focus on respect, kindness, and a genuine desire to meet the needs and expectations of every family. Robert joined Money & King in 1994 and has since become an integral part of the Northern Virginia community. He actively engages with various organizations and community members to better understand their needs and offer assistance. As the owner, he ensures his presence every day, making certain that families receive the utmost attention and compassion. In his personal life, Robert shares his journey with his wife, Donnia, who is also a co-owner of the funeral home. They form a dedicated team, supported by their two Jack Russell Terriers, Cash and June. Together, they provide warmth and support to the staff and families they serve. With his extensive experience, unwavering dedication, and compassionate approach, Robert Carmical is a respected leader at Money & King Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Sean loves the fact that she is able to help people during an extremely difficult moment in their lives. She loves that the Northern Virginia area has a small-town feeling while being very close to major metropolitan areas. What she also loves about the area is the rich cultural diversity that allows for many unique experiences. Sean graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2014. She finds that her unique strength is her ability to participate in all aspects of the job. Whether it be meeting with the families and planning the funeral services, assisting with bringing a loved one into the care of the funeral home and any preparations needed, or helping a family to pre-plan any funeral services for themselves or for a loved one, she feels that she brings forth the unique skill of being able to do a bit of every aspect of funeral service. Sean enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports, vacationing at the beach, spending time with her fiancée and mini Dachshund, and Sunday brunching in Old Town Alexandria.

Bob has had the unique experience of burying the politically connected people for 30 years since 1993. From congressional, senatorial and foreign heads of states. He lives in Chantilly, Virginia. Born and Educated in Lynn, MA Moved to Virginia in 1993, he is a past president of the Northern Virginia Funeral Directors Association. Past President of the Virginia Funeral Directors Association. Bob is a graduate of Lynn Classical High School, attended college but did not finish a degree. He entered The New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, graduating in 1986. Bob is one of 10 children. His parents had 5 boys and 5 girls. He loves to read, travel, have dinners with friends, and a good bottle of wine.

Mark loves that he can help families at an incredibly difficult time in their lives. He knows he can’t instantly make things better, but it is rewarding to know that he has helped a family take the first steps on the healing path of their grief journey. Mark is a member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral in Washington, DC. He loves how Vienna has a small-town feel, but allows easy access to the perks of a big city by being so close to DC and Baltimore. Mark has a BS in Mortuary Science from Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan). He is also an InSight Certified Celebrant. Having served in Northern Virginia for a decade, he has learned how to attend to the needs of the diverse religious and cultural communities in the area. Mark lives in Vienna with his fiancée Sean and her mini-dachshund Ziggy. He has a love of literature and learning languages. In his free time he enjoys going to concerts, reading, and collecting laserdiscs.

Eric has provided compassionate service to families in their time of need for nearly four decades. Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, he attended Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA. Eric served his apprenticeship at H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments in Virginia Beach from 1984 to 1986 and was licensed as a Funeral Director/Embalmer in 1988. He joined Money and King Funeral Home in 1998. Being a longtime resident of Northern Virginia, Eric possesses extensive knowledge of the DMV area, allowing him to provide personalized and tailored assistance to each family he serves. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and their son.

Magan empowers families through the grief process rather than fearing by powdering mom’s nose or clipping dad’s eyebrows. Magan loves donating chicken eggs to Catholic Charities, donating to the thermal shelter- Front Royal,Va, and Volunteering for competitive cheer events Magans strengths include extensive training in restorative art and continued studies and technique research, the ability to listen and adapt to change such as a quick alteration to fire engine red lipstick from a nude natural lip, And the ability to restore facial features that have been distorted by natural or accidental causes. Magan is a Funeral Director by day, and a competitive cheer team mom by night. She embraces her spare time with her chickens and pigs on the farm.

With over forty years of experience, Michael has provided support and comfort to grieving individuals, walking alongside them during their journey of healing. His dedication to strengthening and uplifting others is a source of fulfillment in his work. Having moved to Northern Virginia in 1990, Michael actively engages with the community through his involvement in religious and civic organizations. He embraces the multicultural nature of the area, valuing the diverse perspectives and faiths that enrich the community. Michael’s extensive experience and empathetic listening skills empower him to meet the unique needs of each client he serves. Outside of work, Michael finds joy in pursuing his passions. He enjoys playing golf, immersing himself in the pages of fiction, and embarking on occasional travels with his wife, with whom he shares a loving marriage of over forty-seven years.

Being a longtime resident of Vienna since 1976, Rebecca has had the opportunity to meet and connect with numerous wonderful individuals within the community. As the first point of contact at the funeral home, Rebecca’s unique skill lies in understanding and addressing the needs of families, directing them to the appropriate resources. In her personal life, Rebecca cherishes the time spent with her husband, daughter, and beloved pup, Harley.

As resident therapy dogs, Cash and June have a special talent for providing emotional support and unconditional love to those who are grieving. Their presence brings a sense of calm and companionship during difficult times, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the funeral home. Cash and June’s love for the Vienna community knows no bounds. They enthusiastically participate in community events and have become beloved figures in the neighborhood. Their friendly nature and wagging tails bring joy to everyone they encounter. Outside of their work at the funeral home, Cash and June enjoy playful adventures and cherish quality time with their owners.
