Dear Jean and family Dewey was a dear friend he was always there for his friends. His wonderful berries that he shared with the neighbors he will be missed so sorry I won’t be able to attend the service. Let me know if there is anything I can do Love Betty Swartz
My deepest sympathies go to family and friends on the passing of Dewey Bond. I worked with Dewey for several years at the American Meat Institute. The following is a note that I sent to association members that expresses my feelings toward Dewey. I am saddened to inform you that A. Dewey Bond, former Executive Secretary of the National Meat Canners Association (NMCA) and Senior Vice President of the American Meat Institute (AMI) died last week. Dewey worked for AMI for more than 30 years and continued his service to the industry with NMCA for almost a decade after his retirement from AMI. He was a dedicated individual that always put the association and its members before himself. He leaves a legacy of exemplary service to the industry and will be sorely missed.
Dear Philinda, Laurel, Carolyn, & Sylvia, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. He was always such a kind, caring, and involved father. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Love, Patti
