Amelia Felix passed peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 84 on March 24, 2022. A devoted mother, Amelia is survived by her six children, Olga Lancaster, Iris Gil, Sonia Nidhan, Ivette Robles, Jaime Rivera, and Janet Salas. Amelia was a woman of deep faith and instilled this faith in all her children. Amelia enjoyed cooking for family and friends, dancing, and taking long walks. Besides her children, Amelia is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, several sisters, nieces, and nephews. A wake will be held at The Money & King Vienna Funeral Home in Vienna, Virginia on Monday, March 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The mass of Christian burial is scheduled for Tuesday, March 29th at 11:00 AM at St. Marks Catholic Church, 9970 Vale Road Vienna Virginia. A private burial will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to join in a celebration of life at the St. Marks Catholic Church Activity Center on March 29, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

Mom, I am going to miss you terribly. There’s an emptiness and a pain that it’s almost unbearable. I will miss your voice, your laughter and our tv watching over the phone when you felt lonely.
