John David Turner

John David Turner, 54, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 16, 2017 in Gainesville, Va. Formerly of Vienna, Va, John is the beloved son of Roosevelt Turner, Jr., and Patricia Q. Turner; cherished brother of Stephen M. Turner (Laura), Julie A. Turner, Ellen M. Padon (Christopher); loving uncle to Stephanie Turner, Nick Turner, Noah Padon and Halle Padon and is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Johns huge heart and compassionate spirit endeared him to everyone he met and led him to the nursing career that fulfilled his life at Childrens Hospital. He will always be loved and admired for his generosity and his sweet and extraordinarily kindhearted soul. He will truly be missed.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 22nd at 11:00 AM at St. Mark Catholic Church, 9970 Vale Rd., Vienna, Va 22181. Inurnment will immediately follow the service in the church memorial garden. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vasculitis Foundation, PO Box 28660, Kansas City, MO 64188 in John's name.
