Grief is a challenging journey, and finding support during these times can make all the difference. Please join us for our session groups that provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and receive mutual support. Currently, we hold our sessions via Zoom, but we have also conducted in-person groups in the past. The group size typically ranges from 4 to 12 people, ensuring a comfortable and intimate setting.
