She was predeceased by her brother Frank Powell, Jr. and her dedicated & beloved husband of 57 years, Victor J. Palmucci in 2013. Faithfully devoted to God & each other, they shared a life of love, family, and travel. A woman of faith & the heart of the Palmucci family. She & Vic lived in Vienna, Va. & were parishioners of St. Mark Catholic church for over 35 years.

She leaves her wonderful memories to be cherished by her 4 loving children & spouses: sons Mark Palmucci & Beryl Needham; James & Karen Palmucci; Jeffrey & Sherry Palmucci: and daughter Christina Palmucci Hobbs.

Over the years she collected a large library of cookbooks from her and Vic's many travels around the world.

The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers and support and particularly would like to thank Capital Caring Hospice & the Adler Center for Caring in Aldie, Va. Guestbook

  1. To Jim and the entire family. Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mother. I worked with Jim a while back and he said his Mother would like a pet visit. She was the reason why I started visiting Sylvestry with my therapy dog, Luna. Luna is still visiting and one of the places we visit is Adler Center in Aldie.

  2. Jim, It’s Mary Jo Palmieri here. I’m thinking of you and your entire family. Your mom sounds like my kind of person. I enjoyed learning about her and her special ways. So sorry for your loss. Please take good care. Your friend, Mary Jo

  3. To the entire Palmucci Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Please accept our condolences. May God continue to bless you. Sincerely, The Malone Family.
