In Loving Memory of Denise Przybyla Kaley
February 6, 1963 – May 25, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Denise Przybyla Kaley, a very strong woman whose life was a testament to courage, learning, and adventure. Born on February 6, 1963, in West Palm Beach, Florida, to Charlene and Ted Przybyla, Denise possessed an indomitable spirit and a boundless curiosity from the start.

After graduating from James Madison High School in Vienna, Virginia, Denise pursued her passion for education at UVA, earning a degree in Mathematics. As an educator at Fairfax County Schools, she inspired countless young minds with her commitment and strength.

In addition to her dedication to teaching, she ventured into real estate and later followed her passion for aviation. At Flight Tech school in Lubbock, Texas, she earned her commercial pilot certificate and flight instructor ratings. She then shared her expertise by teaching pilot training at Quantico, instilling in others the courage to soar to new heights.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted mother, Charlene Przybyla; her cherished sister, Tania Przybyla; and her four beloved children, Nathan Kaley, Aaron Kaley, Justin Kaley, and Morgan Kaley.

A graveside service will be held at a family site in Savannah, Georgia, on a date yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Vienna Presbyterian Church or the American Cancer Society.

Denise Przybyla Kaley’s life was a rich tapestry of passion, resilience, and fortitude.
Her unwavering strength, dedication to education and aviation, and the positive mark she left on everyone around her will forever inspire those who knew her.
