James William Goodger, age 91 of Vienna, VA passed away peacefully on August 8, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Mary Mancini Goodger; devoted father of James E. Goodger (Vilma) and the late Diane G. Oleynik; son of the late Ed and Dochie Goodger; brother of Martha Ruiz, and the late Essie Rutherford, Edward Goodger, Mary Sartin, and Wesley Goodger. James is also survived by a cherished granddaughter, Valentina Goodger. Funeral services will be held at the Ft. Myer Old Post Chapel, Arlington, VA on Wednesday December 11, 2019 at 12:45pm.

Hi I am valentina goodger, I remember that night I came back from peru and that night my dad told me that he had to show me something and I thought it would be something happy but it wasn’t he showed me my grandpa was all ready passed away and at that moment I could not speak I was scared and sad but my grandma also passed away too and that was one of my most worst times of my life but to add to that my grandpa left me too. but my dad gave my my grandma room and I loved that room so much but 1 year later we moved to Florida and now to this day I still miss that room the death, I miss my grandparents so much you can’t even imagine.
