My condolences for the O’Neil family. You raised a wonderful family and may you rest peacfully in Heaven. An old Irish Blessing… May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, May the Lord hold you in the palm of His hand. Sincerely, Shaun Castorano
Our deepest sympathy to the O’Neil family for your loss.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.PA was always so thoughtful and giving to all. I remember when she connected us with another family with Lynchburg College ties.I loved seeing PA walk down the aisle as an usher. Such grace and strength and humor! The Kelly Family.

Our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to both the O’Neil and O’Donnell families. Although having briefly met PA and family through our relationship with Steve and Julie,it was clear what a genuine and special person she is and will always be. Bruce Weinberg and Family
You are in my prayers. I remember what a loving and energetic mother PA was, and how she met challenges with a smile. May your memories of her bring you joy and your faith give you peace. Sharon Winstead (Rory’s preschool teacher)
I was so saddened to hear of your mother’s death. P.A. was such an advocate for her children at Vienna Baptist Children’s Center. She will forever be in my heart as is Rory and Molly. Tight hugs! Mrs. Flowers

Dear O’Neil and O’Donnell Families, Our hearts are with you and PA. We’re truly blessed knowing you since 2003 with us girls making fast, golden friends in Ireland! I’ll miss calling her and being with her at our 1-2x/yr reunions Dec. 22 etc. She lived, loved and laughed living life to the fullest with those she loved deeply! We regret we were unable to attend PA’s services due to family travel. When we returned yesterday, we received your beautiful Christmas card and letter. We hope you are at peace knowing how much happiness and love you gave her! Love and prayers xo, Carol and Kevin Flannery
I am so sorry to hear of Peggy’s passing. I have been trying to figure out how long I knew her, probably over 25 years as part of the jewelry merchandising teams that worked at both Hechts and Macy’s She was such a wonderful person. We might see each other once or twice a week while in differenct stores and we always sought each other out if we saw each other’s name in sgin in. She made me laugh. She made me think. She made me appreciate my family by being such a great example of loving hers. We talked politics, business and everything under the sun. I am unable to believe that she is gone but know that if anyone will rest in the sweet arms of God it will be Peggy. My sympathy to you all. Linda Wills
We were so sorry to hear of P.A.’s passing. She was such an inspiration to so many people. Scott and I have many fond memories of our years of working with her, both on the OSRC Swim Team and the OSRC Board of Directors. Please know you all are in our thoughts and prayers.
Mike & the O’Neil crew, We were so sorry to learn today of P.A.’s passing. It is wonderful P.A. was able to be a part of Jamie & Margot’s wedding. We have wonderful memories of PA at OSRC with swim team and her welcoming presence while ushering at St. Mark’s. Always a leader and always giving of herself while enjoying family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
