Erickson, Charles "Chuck" Erickson, Missy Hunsinger, Greg Lighthart, Laura Boytim, Linda Schendewolf, and Jeff Lighthart; brother of Arlene Smith, and grandfather of 18.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Virginia Heart Physicians, Attn: Antonio Parente, 1625 N. George Mason Dr. #414, Arlington, VA 22205.
