Robert F. (Bobby) Seldon Jr of Vienna, VA passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017. He is survived by his caring wife Josefa M. Seldon, children Jennifer R. Seldon and Robert J. (Audra) Seldon, father Robert F. Seldon Sr, sister Babs (Thomas) Dyer, niece Amber (Richard) Krupinski, and nephew Tucker (Sarah) Dyer. He is also survived by his cousins Mark Sousa, Molly (Keith) Mulcahy, and their families. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn M. (Sousa) Seldon. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church, 9970 Vale Rd., Vienna, VA on Monday, February 20, 2017 at 1:00P.M. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

I love you, Daddy.
Bobby was my neighbor for many years, we grew up together, always enjoyed my visits with him and his mom and dad. Great bunch of people. I remember the Portuguese bread and the ice tea. Bobby you will be missed my friend.
Bob, it is comforting to know that you are finally at peace and your suffering has ended. It is also comforting that you are with Mom, while looking over Dad and your family. I am remembering the good times. May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand. Rest in peace Bob!
Dear Babs, I am so sorry for your loss and for the heartache I know your family and Dad are feeling. I can only imagine how lost Dad must feel with an empty house. I know he and Bobby were good companions. My heart and prayers are with your family and especially with Dad at this time. My love to you all.

My first lucid memory was being three years old and Mom and Dad putting me in the “comfy chair” with pillows all around so I could hold you. I was so happy to have a baby brother. Rest in peace “Bozo”. Love ya

Brother Bobby. We grew up together on Trott. We skipped school to sit in your basement to play music. We shot a million baskets in your driveway and pitched and caught just as many baseballs in your backyard. Then we grew up and joined the Navy together. You took a large piece of me with you when you left this earth. Please take care of it.
