Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I will remember Sara as having more life than that of an entire softball team. A dedicated mother whos world was her two daughters. Sara was someone that you thought you knew your whole life when it was the first time you had met her. Sara will be missed by everyone, I will miss running into her and her bright smile on the softball field. God bless, Coach Mark

  2. Although I only knew Sara as a fellow softball mom last season, I found it easy to have relaxed talks with her about a variety of subjects despite our different backgrounds. She was fun, positive and very supportive of her husband and daughters, proudly talking about their talents and desires for future. Although not in presence, I’m sure she will continue to smile on Lexi, Sam and Vince in spirit.

  3. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sara at Margate Elementary School for several years. She always had a smile on and you could always see the love and dedication for her students in her eyes. May God be with Sam, Lexi and Vince. Sue LeSerra

  4. I worked with Sarah at Kent Gardens Elementary in McLean,Va for 6 months. It was a pleasure to get to know her wonderful and spirited personality. She was an extremely positive and joyful person. We had many talks on the playground about her girl’s softball games and their adjustment to Northern Virginia from Texas. She was soooo proud of her girls! I just want them to know that Sarah lives on inside them, and they will carry her with them into the future. Memories last forever! Sarah is an angel now……

  5. I am so sorry about Sara! Deep Sympathy to her family and sisters/brothers and relatives! My prayers are with you!

  7. Dear grieving family, My wife and I are very sorry for your tremendous loss and would like to express our condolences to the entire family. We cannot imagine the great pain and sorrow you are experiencing during this most difficult time. When we lose someone we love so dearly we are left with a very strong desire to see that person again. It’s wonderful to know that Jehovah God has promised we will see our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. John chapter 5 verses 28 and 29 gives this wonderful reassurance: “Do not marvel at this because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.” What a marvelous hope! Once again we wish to express our condolences to the family. Although we cannot erase the pain that your feeling, it is our hope that this can give you a small measure of comfort.

  15. Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting? (1 Corinthians 15:51-55) With all my love and prayers. David Tulloch

We send our deepest, most heartfelt sympathies to her family, who she was so proud of (I was the room parent, and she was always talking about her daughters! She was just so incredibly proud of them!). Heather is in 5th grade now, and Mrs. McPhail was always her favorite teacher.
