Whitney passed away peacefullyat home on March 11, 2017. Shewas preceded in death by her brother Bobby and is survived by her parents Bob & Mary Waple, her two brothers and their wives Brian & Cindy Waple and Jim & Rachel Waple, and her two nieces and two nephews Abigayle & Audrey and Brendan & Sean. Services will be held at Money & King Funeral Home Friday April 14th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lamb Center in Fairfax, VA or your local Boxer Rescue would be appreciated. i met whitney when we were 15 & we hung together everyday for about 4 months & then she went her way & i went mine, from there i wondered about her off & on for close to 32 years. then one day i was talking to this lady who looked familier to me but couldn’t place her, she asked me my name as we talked, when i told her nancy she looked at me & said nancy ****** we were both blown away & both of us started talking at once about what we had been through over a 30 year period. about 2 years back i got to thinking of her again & punched her name in which led me here. my old friend caught the wings of an angel out of here, so i know all is well with her & she’s doing just fine – i’m really glad i had gotten to see & talk with her again before she left to go home ♰
