I look back at my time living in Richmond, and it’s full of memories that include Carlos and his family. When we moved to town, he befriended me and my family and we quickly all became great friends. I was always amazed by how intelligent he was and how he seemed to know multiple people every place we went. He certainly had more friends than he would ever admit.
