James Michael Reynolds

Mike Reynolds, 82, a resident of Vienna, VA, died September 22. Born in Denver, Colorado on September 20, 1939 to Bert L. Reynolds and Frona (Compton) Reynolds, Mike was the youngest of seven children who all predeceased him. His career spanned many fields from aerospace, to real estate to collections.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Christine C. Reynolds and numerous nieces and nephews and their families. He was married in 1972 and they moved to San Diego in 1975, where they lived for 14 years. Then due to his wife’s job they moved to Portsmouth, Rhode Island in 1989 and ended up in Vienna, VA from 1992 where he lived until death. He was an avid history buff, focusing on the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, enjoying many Smithsonian history trips. He and Christine traveled the world, enjoying new cultures, cuisines and friends. A Memorial Service will be held October 7, at 10am at Money and King Funeral Home at 171 W. Maple Avenue, Vienna, VA. Donations in lieu of flowers should be made to any charity for animals.
