Col. Jean Adam Nock, Jr., 86, of Ashburn, VA, passed peacefully on May 24, 2021. Beloved husband of Patsy Jean Nock; father of Tracy Allen (Rob); grandfather of Madison Allen and brother of Jane, Judith and Bill Nock. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 27, 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at Money and King Funeral Home; 171 Maple Ave W; Vienna, VA. Funeral services will be held at the Ft. Myer Old post Chapel, 204 Lee Avenue, Fort Myer, VA on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 1:00pm with interment immediately to follow. Mr. Nock was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Always had a kind word, funny story, or just there to lend a helping hand. He would bend over backwards helping us in college loading and unloading our cars and setting up our dorms — that was ages ago but will always remain in my mind as such happy memories. He cherished his wife and family above all and it has been a pleasure to know this family. He will be missed.
My condolence to Jean’s family for their loss. Jean was a classmate at the AG career course at Fort Ben Harrison, Ind. He had a distinguished career support our Soldiers in the United States and overseas. He will be missed. Rest In Peace. Sincerely, James E. Crouch
