Jerrad Uriah Anderson beloved father, husband and son passed away on April 27th, 2022 at age 43. Jerrad was the father of Akasha, Exodus and Eliana, husband of Anja and son of Shelia V. Anderson, U.S. Navy retired who will all carry on his legacy of kindness, love and honor for the rest of their lives. Jerrad’s memory will live on in them and in the hearts and minds of countless souls he touched. He served his country honorably for 16 years traveling to different parts throughout the Middle East and Asia.

Jerrad loved his kids, wife, and mom with unimaginable zest and zeal. As a father he was the best teacher, supporter and fan. As a husband, he gave his love unconditionally. As a friend he was always there in good and bad times. As a son, he was the Precious Present in her life. He gave of his love effortlessly. Jerrad was a collegiate athlete, adventurous traveler, a lover of Computer Science and photography, and the most lovable grump his loved ones could have ever asked for.

Service will be held at the Money and King Funeral home in Vienna, Virginia Thursday, May 12th. The Service will begin at 6pm. Guest are permitted entrance starting 5.45pm.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that gifts are made in Jerrad’s memory to UVA Wise, his Alma Mater. The memorial fund will be designated for an African American student in the Computer Science field attending UVA Wise.
