  1. The Owners and Staff at the Money and King Funeral Home, wish to express our sincere sympathy to you. It is our hope that we may be able to make a difficult time more bearable. Please feel free to call us anytime as we are always available to you. Bob Gallagher Funeral Director

  2. I want to convey my most sincere sympathy to Maria and the family of Pete Gillard. We last saw Pete at the Oneonta reunion a few years ago and had a wonderful chat recalling our DK days. It was wonderful meeting Maria. Excuse my tardiness in this message as I and other Oneonta friends only recently learned of Peter’s passing. Lance Frisinger

  3. Dear Maria, I only very recently learned of Peter’s passing. I went to SUNY Oneonta with your husband, and was a Deke fraternity brother. I believe we met- briefly- at a college reunion. My wife and I send our heartfelt condolences to you and Peter’s family. Peter and I weren’t very close, but his passion for politics and the anti-war movement impacted me in a profound way. I am forever grateful for his awakening my social conscience. Losing a loved one is never easy. My prayers for solace and serenity go out to you. Steven Pfeiffer

  4. Pete was my fraternity brother, fellow mischief-maker, and thoughtful friend many decades ago. I remember him smiling wryly as we watched and discussed our changing world’s history, politics, and future. My heartfelt condolences to Maria and Pete’s family. RIP, brother Pete.
