Philip Orin Fayle
September 14, 1954 ~ August 22, 2021
We are sad to announce the passing of Philip Orin Fayle on August 22, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, Orin A. Fayle.
Philip is survived by his mother, Jackie, his daughter, Emilie, his son, Brian and his devoted girlfriend, Roxana; also his brothers Patrick and Paul (Denise), sister, Madeline (Mark), along with his beautiful granddaughters, many nieces and nephews.
Philip was born in Washington D.C. , the family moved to various places while our dad was in the Army Corps of Engineers, ultimately settling in McLean where he graduated from Langley High school and then went off to college. Philip lived in Colorado, New York and North Carolina. He came back to Virginia and settled in Alexandria.
The family will gather in private to celebrate his life.
Family and friends will love and miss him, but we are at peace knowing he is with our Lord and in a place where there is no more pain and sadness.

I remember how well Phil was at communicating. I always appreciated the conversations he and I had during family gatherings. Phil and I always got along well and I will always remember our conversations. Phil also was at my college graduation and I will always remember our interaction that day. My thoughts are with the Fayle family today.
Phil was one of my first buddies when I attended St. John’s for 7th and 8th grade. He was kind and funny and smart, and for all that and more he was unforgettable. Tom Crowe
