She is remembered as the loving wife of 68 years of Henry Balser; mother of Stephen (Janene Jones) Balser of Sykesville, MD, Teresa Casey of Falls Church, VA, Jamie Balser of Pittsburgh, PA and Eric (Linda Coats) Balser of Lexington Park, MD; grandmother of Victoria Misch, Valerie Misch, Whitney Misch, Jason Coats, Justin Coats, Benjamin Balser and Samuel Balser and great-grandmother of Isaiah Balser and Eric Coats

Phyllis was loved by many and is remembered by all.
