Timmy Langen, loving son of Janet and Charles Langen, passed away suddenly in his childhood home in Annandale, VA doing what he loved most – cooking, on January 10, 2022.

Timmy was the second born of five children on January 28, 1967 and grew up in Annandale, Virginia. He attended St. Michael’s elementary school and Bishop O’Connell High School, where he participated in Varsity Baseball, Football and Wrestling. Timmy graduated from West Virginia University in 1990 with a Business degree, which he used for most of his career as a mortgage broker and finance officer.

Timmy is survived by his wife Gwen, (her two children, Shelby and Brandon and her granddaughter Danielle). He is also survived by his four sisters, Teri Fahlgren (Mike, Tim, and Kaitlin), Jenelle Langen (Mike and Charlie), Carin Resnick (Mitch, Chase, Emery, and Katie), Tiffany Conway (Colin and Josie) and several cousins.

A Catholic Mass will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m at St. Michael Catholic Church in Annandale, Virginia.

I had the honor and privilege of working with him for several years of my career. He was “One of the Best that Ever Did It”.   8. Timmy Langen was one heck of a great friend and I will always treasure our times together. He certainly loved to go hunting and fishing. I fondly remember all of our hunting trips together, especially in Spotsylvania, Va.. Our fishing trips together to The Outer Banks, NC…Our road trips to ODU and WVU…Time has created some distance between us but I will never forget my brother and all the great times we shared. Condolences to the entire family as we will all miss Timmy. A great man, brother, and friend. I love you and will always have you in my thoughts and prayers…RIP… Mike Stiverson
