Ada L. Jennings, Of Roanoke, VA., formerly of Herndon, VA., died on Friday, February 10, 2012 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Loving wife of 49 years to Harold J. Jennings, Jr., devoted mother of James H. Jennings (Ragen) and the late Karen L. and Richard G. Jennings; sister of the Reverend Carl Stewart and the Reverend George (Alice) Stewart. She will be missed by her cherished grandchildren Tyler, Alyssa and Zachary. Donations may be made in Ada's name to H.I.K.E., Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment, HIKE Secretary, 10115 Cherry Hill Place, Spring Hill, FL. 34608-7116. Please do not send cash. Harold – You and your family are in our prayers. Ada was a wonderful woman and I know a great help to you throughout the years. She will be missed by all. Please remember that she has gone to prepare a home for you both for the future and will be waiting to welcome you with open arms for eternity. No more sickness, no more pain, happiness forever.
Harold — Sorry that I won’t be able to visit with you. I’m doing Dave Greenspan’s Masonic service on Monday night, and his funeral service is 11 AM on Tuesday. I’m very sorry about Ada’s passing.
