Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I have very fond memories of Amy from high school and was so happy when we reconnected in 2002. She was such an interesting, intelligent, funny and open-minded person. She handled her disability with grace and didn’t let it hold her back much. Actually, she used it to her benefit in some ways since she was able to focus on people and her relationships. She made a difference in the lives of many. My prayers go out to her husband, son, daughter, mother and sisters. I know how deep her love was for you all.

  2. My deepest condolences on Amy’s passing. I especially will remember Amy’s loving nature and gentle spirit. Please know that you are in my thoughts.

  3. Amy was a very special person in my life, she shown me what real love and compassion felt like. she always inspired me to be better. im going to miss talking to her everyday, laughing and her motherly advice. She is such an amazing and beautiful person that I know one day ill see again.. I love you and miss you. “Without faith in today, youll have no hope for tomorrow”-shayla-

  4. Formidable. This is the best word that I can use to describe my aunt Amy. While she certainly wasn’t physically intimidating, it was her physical condition that I believe shaped her to be such a formidable person. Her razor sharp wit, intolerance of B.S., fierce loyalty, and assertive but compassionate personality made her one of the strongest souls I ever knew. I loved her much and will miss her dearly.

  5. I met Amy at a young age, and then the high school years. She was always so cheerful and a good listener. We drifted over the years but reunions and Facebook reconnected us. I am honored to have known her. Farewell my friend.

  6. I do not have the words to express the loss I have. God Bless everyone that touched Amy’s life, for she definitely touch many. Stay strong Sparky and listen for her whisper….. Stairway To Heaven If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane. I would walk right up to Heaven and bring you back again. No farewell words were spoken, No time to say “Goodbye”. You were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. My heart still aches with sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it meant to love you – No one can ever know. But now I know you want me to mourn for you no more; To remember all the happy times life still has much in store. Since you’ll never be forgotten, I pledge to you today~ A hollowed place within my heart is where you’ll always stay.

  7. I would like to extend my condolences to the whole Sittnick family. Growing up I was neighbors with Cindy, Keith, Ken and Ed. Such a great family and I’m sure that Amy was a wonderful person. RIP Amy and you will always be with your family in heart and spirit.

  8. A strong woman. How you amazed so many people. I saw so much love and kindness. She left a mark on all of us. I am touched by her in so many ways! You are in the comfort of God now. Bless all she touched and prayers to family and friends for strength during this sad time.

  9. The world lost such a beautiful soul, light and life on February 15th. I am still in shock but know that the heaven above has welcomed you with open arms and Oh what a difference you have already made up there. You will be sorely missed every day as I always look forward to your posts and FB will never be the same without you Amy! You were such an inspiration, a blessing and positive force for anyone/everyone who knew you! Sending love to you above and to your dear family. They are in my prayers. God Bless

  11. Dear Stuart and family, Stephanie and I only knew Amy briefly, but quickly grew to adore spending time with her. Her sense of fun, fantastic taste, and utter grace made her so lovely to know. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Elle and Stephanie

  12. Stuart, Sam and I continue to have you in our thoughts and prayers everyday. We are so very upset that we cannot make it for Amy’s home going. You know that we loved her and enjoyed every time we got to be with her and visit with her. Amy, what an amazing, incredible person you were. Your bravery and your grace will always be remembered and a part of me. I am so lucky to have known you and Stuart was so lucky to have been your husband for 26 years. I loved that you called him Sparky. I loved your humor–you will be really really missed. May be a little cheesy but, “thanks for the memories”. We love you!!

  13. We were deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Amy. We will always remember her fondly and feel lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, but we know that the many memories of time spent with her will help to sustain all who loved her, in this difficult time. We will always be available should you need us.

  14. Dr. Stuart Graves and family, please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

  15. To all of Amy’s family; I truly send my heartfelt condolences. I have such very fond memories of her from St. Michaels, North Springfield, and Annandale, not to mention CCD at St. Michaels, and I was so very happy when we reconnected via Facebook. She had a beautiful Soul always, and I was blessed to know her. She will be missed by so very many because of her illuminating presence on Facebook; so I know that if we who were graced by her wonderful spirit there are grieving, your loss must be immense, for her light was bright indeed. I pray that the good memories lighten the load, now and in the future, for she remains with all of us, in spirit. I know that we all trust that Heaven rejoices as that bright light of hers continues to glow, even more brilliantly now. Blessings, and love to all of you.

  16. Stuart, please accept our sincere condolences for your and your family’s loss. Amy fought long and hard. We wish you much comfort in your time of grief. Calla and Bill Crutchfield
