Died on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at the Johnson Center at Falcons Landing, formerly of McLean, Va, husband of Barbara Coggins Levy, father of Frank A. Levy, Jr., (Catherine B. Rice), Michael N. Levy, (Belynda B.) and the late Steven C. Llevy who died in 1996, grandfather of Nicholas M., Brittany L. and Isabelle R. Levy, and brother of Helen Levy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shrine Mont Camps and Conference Center, the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia or St. Johns Episcopal Church, McLean, Va, Building Fund.
