Guestbook

  1. Dear Sandy and Family, Sue and I would like to offer you our deepest condolences on the passing of Carl. Even though we did not know him for a very long time, we are honored to have known him and called him our friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Claude & Suzanne

  2. Our deepest condolenses. Carl was one of the best neighbors and I learned so much from him. He and his family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Barry and Kathy Buschow

  3. Dear Sandy, Debbie and I are deeply sorry with Carls passing. I had the privilege to work side by side with him as co-presidents on the Board of Directors at Blue Ridge Shores. Over those years I was able to get to know him both as a colleague and a friend. Debbie and I are honored to have known Carl. They say that a person will be remembered not for the money one makes but for the impact you have on another persons life. Carl made a difference in our lives! Please accept our deepest condolences for you and your family.

  4. Sandy, we are all very sorry for your loss. Carl was a true friend to everyone he met, both young and old. His kindness and unselfish giving of his time touched everyone in my family. Our prayers are with you and your family. The Phillips (John,Theresa, Michael 12, and Megan 7.)

  5. I’m so sorry for your loss. The obituary caught my eye…and made me catch my breath…because I lost my dad, Carl F. Sierk, a little over 2 years ago, and the memory is still fresh. From reading your guest book, the two Carls sound alike, and I know you’ll miss him. God bless you all. (contact me, perhaps?)

  6. Sandy & Family, We are so sorry for your loss. Carl was such a unique and extraordinary person. He was a kind and helpful neighbor who was a great source of knowledge – all we ever seemed to say was “ask Carl.” He will be missed greatly. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Katie and Packy Kennelly (Luke, Jesse & Gavin too)

  7. Dear Sandy, Vic and I send our deepest sympathy for your loss. Carl was a wonderful, very knowledgeable, kind, helping , caring man. His memory will be with us everyday for all the help he gave us in building our home.Every time I bake cookies, I will be thanking Carl for the electricity ,and remembering his joy of eating homemade cookies! Thank you , Sandy, for sharing your wonderful man with all of us that needed his help! He will live in our hearts forever! Sincerely, Deborah and Vic
