I recently read about the loss of your dear loved one. Although we are not acquainted personally, please accept my condolences. Losing a dear loved one can leave a very empty space in one’s life. Please find strength, hope, and comfort in the God of Comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).
I am sadden by the loss of your love one Carolyn Yates Seidel. Death is our enemy that brings
pain and suffering to each family it touches. Death , sickness, pain and suffering will be removed
forever. Revelation 21:4
My sincere condolences on the loss of your beautiful and loving wife..

I had the privilege to know Carolyn, my husband’s aunt, for the past 30 years. Carolyn had a way of making everyone feel welcome and included. She and Bob were the most happily married couple I’ve ever known. Jack and I married on April 24th, which happened to be Carolyn and Bob’s anniversary. I’ll never forget Carolyn writing a touching and humorous poem that she read at our wedding reception. That was a gift that I’ll always treasure. Carolyn left a beautiful legacy, as seen at her memorial. What a loving tribute it was to see her family and friends share music and memories, honoring a life well-lived. I will miss Carolyn greatly.
We. too, were sorry to learn of Carolyn’s passing. We knew her when we all went to the Church of the Brethren in Washington, D.C. We were the Catterton brand. My brother, Eddie, passed away in
2015 from Leukemia. He most likely prayed the organ once or twice when Carolyn sang. I remember
her dad, Galen, and her uncle, Cecil. Praying for Jean and Gayle. Shirley Repass Catterton is still
alive. Louise and Lynn Herring
