Claire Bryant Waters, 94, a longtime resident of Arlington, Va., died on Friday, February 12, 2010. Beloved wife of the late James I. Waters, Lt. Col. US Air Force (Ret); loving mother of Jerry (Marie) Waters, Richard (Faye) Waters, Peg Waters and Patty (John) Waters-Heflin. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Stacen, Kacie, Jenni and the late Tom Waters; and her great-grandchild Lily. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
