I am Robert (Robby) Snow & over 20 years I lived next door to Tina, Mary, Ben & the late Charles and Col. Trichilo. I could always go to Tina when having a difficult teenage day with my Mom (Tina’s close friend). Tina always welcomed me warmly and was like family. I remember her upbeat ways and encouragement. There were many times over the years I would visit , even after moving from my parents. I would sit on her front room couch or the kitchen table. Tina once visited my first condo at Skyline, I think to check up on me and to see how things were going. What can I say to cover all those years, “thank you Tina for being such a good neighbor and friend to me, Frank and especially to my Mom & Dad”. Although I am many miles away and its been some years, when Mary contacted me about her Mom, I felt the world a little more empty and sadness within. Tina was there for us when my Dad died, so I will be there at this time in my heart for her. Tina, I will never forget you. Robby Snow
To my dear friend Tina, I can’t hardly believe the time went by so fast and all what happened. We were like sisters. I love you and will never forget you. Anna
Love to all of Tina’s family. I will always remember “Mrs. Trichilo,” as a warm, strong and independent lady. But what I will most remember is her constant smile — when she smiled, it was as if a little ray of sunshine just beamed out at you and you knew things were all right. She had a lot to smile about because her greatest joy and achievement was her beautiful family. Our family always loved and held the Trichilo’s in the highest regard and we will miss her. God Bless, Andrea
Ben and Mary, it was a privilege to stand with you as your mother returned home last Thursday night. The obituary is so beautiful and I love the photo. I am going to miss your mother so much, especially at the holidays when she always lit up the room with her Italian accent, sense of humor and great stories from her days in Italy. It’s hard to believe it but I knew your mother for almost 45 years — throughout most of my life. I will never forget her, and I look forward to sharing wonderful memories of her with you in the days and years ahead. See you Sunday. Love, Lisa S.
Ben and Mary: We will miss Grandma Trichilo’s warm chuckle, quiet patience, and wisdom as a mother and grandmother. We know she is in heaven now, cooking up her famous Eggplant Parmigiana! You are close in our thoughts and prayers.
