The love of her husband and daughters was the center of her life and her North Star. Throughout the years, Connie navigated the challenges and obstacles of life with steadfast determination, strong faith, and joyful laughter.

She was born in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Sam and Mary (Kuster) Luebbert, who pre-deceased her. On September 5, 1987, Connie married the love of her life, Brad Frison. They made their home in Vienna, VA, where she was the devoted mother of Natalie (Philadelphia, PA) and Rachel (Durham, NC). She started her career at Verizon and was most recently employed by Bishop O'Connell Catholic High School.

Survivors also include: two sisters, Lori Edwards (Dan) of Centreville, VA, and Julie Apple (Geoff) of Midlothian, VA; a brother, Phil Luebbert (Chris) of Norfolk, VA; her stepmother, Angela Luebbert of Manassas, VA; an aunt, Sr. Nadine Luebbert of San Antonio, TX; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a beloved and devoted daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, niece, Godmother, and friend.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 16, 2014, from 6 to 8 PM at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 Maple Ave, Vienna, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 8601Wolftrap Road, Vienna, VA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation (www.pkdcure.org/donate).

  7. Connie was a great person with whom to work. She was always willing to jump in and help us in the Studies Office when we had registration packets to put together. We spent many hours together in the conference room getting done what needed to get done. I am so sorry for your loss.
