Dalton is also survived by a large extended family. In memory of one of the strongest people I have ever had the priviledge of knowing. Your smile and courage will be missed, but l know that you finally have your life back in a better place!
Bari, Bill and Zach, I cannot imagine the ________( I don’t even know what word to use) you are feeling at this point. More than any family I know you have been support to each other and to Dalton while he had time with you. Peace, opportunity to see and understand, strength, and happiness will come to you as a result of the grace you possess. I wish I could be there to give you each a hug, but I am en route to Ohio to visit with my family, who I haven’t seen since my mother and father’s passing in 2001. We should all receive comfort knowing that you are no longer in pain and that this horrible disease cannot cause you any more harm. You will live forever in my heart and the hearts of all the people that had the honor of knowing you. Rest in peace sweet and brave Dalton.
Bill, Bari & Zach there are no words that can express the sadness I feel for you on the passing of Dalton. Just know that although his time here was brief he was like a comet lighting up the sky with his sweet spirit touching the lives of others. I know Quentin thought the world of him.
Although we don’t know one another, I have followed Dalton’s journey for years. He was an inspiration of hope and courage to all. Please accept my sincere condolences on your profound loss.

Dear Gulsey Family, What a long rough battle all of you have had for the last five years. Dalton was such a warrior and what a battle he fought. Rest in peace sweet Prince you deserve it.
Dear Bill, Bari, and Zach, Please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of your dearest son and brother Dalton. Words cannot express the grief we felt when learning of his illness and passing; or how we were touched by his life and his desire to help and inspire other children with serious illnesses. We will always remember and cherish the moments that we watched him playing outside with family or other children; and watching him grow to become a wonderful and loving young child. Although it’s been years since we were neighbors we will never forget your wonderful and loving family; and just recently learned about Dalton’s passing.
