David E. Harne on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 of Charles Town, WV, beloved husband of the late Elsie R. Harne; brother of Mary E. Harne, Fannie E. Ashby, Ida A. Feaster and Hilda H. Long; stepfather of Charles W. Wicks and his daughter, Renee L. Wicks. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Memorial Services will be held on Monday, April 30, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. at Zion Episcopal Church, 300 E. Congress St., Charles Town, WV. Internment at church columbarium. No flowers, please. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association and/or the Zion Episcopal Church.
