I have known David for 25 yrs, and will remember his big heart and his ease at making many friends and staying in touch with all upon his retirement. I will never forget his smile, and hardy laugh. My condolences to the family whom he greatly loved.
Dave, You always had a positive attitude and with your quirky sense of humor you never let your ailment get you down. You will be missed but not forgotten.
Your friends at the VHC rehab will miss you, Dave. Rest in peace. Joe Iampietro
I was fortunate enough to work With Dave when I was assigned to work at FinCEN. He taught me everything I needed to know about FinCEN and was a tremendous help to me. Dave was a truely nice man and a very good agent who helped numerous people. Dave will be missed.
To Jean and Chris and family, I met Dave and worked with him both at FinCen and Baileys. He was always a super nice person, a concientious and hard working agent, and a caring individual for his family, but low key about his own health issues. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I am sure you know, everybody liked Dave. Please accept my personal condolences as well as those on behalf of his fellow members at the Association of Former Special Agents of the IRS. Mark Kroczynski, Executive Director.
Susan, please excuse me, condolences especially to you as wel.
To Dave’s Family I knew and worked with Dave for many years and will always remember him as being so nice and laid back. I am so sorry to hear of his passing and send prayers to all.
I will always remember the warm welcome I received from Dave when I started as an agent in the Baileys Crossroads office. He went out of his way, to make this fellow New Englander, feel at home. My thoughts and prayers are with you, during this time of sadness.
As an analyst at FinCEN, I worked with Dave for many years. He was always kind and very professional. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

Dave was an excellent neighbor and will be missed dearly. We were fortunate to spend many years as neighbors and good friends.
My deepest sympathies and condolences to Dave’s family. I worked with him at FinCEN and will always remember his kindness, his smile and his genuine, caring nature.
The service in celebration of Dave’s life today was touching and gave us a glimpse into parts of his life we didn’t know about. A full house too – and what better tribute is there than that? A great man, and true friend to so many of us. Our deepest sympathies to all of you. Carl & Carla Powe
The absence of Dave’s friendship of 38 years will leave a big void in my life. We shared a lot of great times together and I will always treasure those memories.
