Dolly A. (Plakas) Douglas, of Bethesda, Maryland, died peacefully on March 27, 2013. She was the widow of George A. Douglas and is survived by her two daughters, Patricia and Elaine, three granddaughters and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Childrens National Medical Center.
