We would like to recognize the very special effort that was made by our Granddaughter Shannon, in taking care of her Pappap. Shannon is a recently Graduated RN, and insisted on staying at our home to care for him. I protested but she wasn’t listening to anything l said. I am so happy she stayed. She was a Godsend. I don’t know what we would have done without her, she was his angel.

A candle was lit for the decedent.
Pat and family, so very sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Dom was a fine, loving man. He lived a good life and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. My love and condolences to his lovely family.
I loved Mr. D’ALEXANDER . I enjoyed his jokes and having wonderful conversations with him. He was always jovial and smiled all the time. Boy did he make me laugh. He will be sorely missed. My prayers goes out to his wonderful family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Don, we all called him Don or Don D, and I met 56 years ago at Western-Electric Co. where we worked. We bowled in the company league for years. Then we bowled together for many years, sometimes three or four nights a week. We were in tournaments as far away as Pennsylvania. Played golf together for years. In two leagues, playing as far away as Pennsylvania. Once a month we would go to Atlantic City for two or three days. Later we drifted apart, but kept in touch with a phone call. I will never forget him. Rest In Peace, my friend.
Mr. D’Alexander was such a special person to me. He was father to my sister friend and felt like my Virginia dad. I remember he always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. He made the best spaghetti and I looked forward to Memorial Day cookouts at the Knights of Columbus. My heart goes out to Patricia and Trish, as well as the rest of the family. He was blessed to have such a loving family and friends and created beautiful memories for many! Belinda Sites
