Frutchey, and Debra Frutchey Penn (David); brother of Robert Frutchey (Gwen) and Ann Frutchey (deceased). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Carson and Spencer Frutchey and Peyton and Sydney Penn. Relatives and friends are invited to Mr. Frutchey’s visitation at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 West Maple Ave, Vienna, VA on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 6 to 8pm, where funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 11am. Interment National Memorial Park.
