May God Bless the Keuchel family as you deal with this tremendous loss. Will never forget Don’s laugh. Rest in Peace my friend..
I knew Don since the 1980’s when I started working in DC. He was a really nice guy and a lot of fun to be around. May God bless and comfort his family as they go through this life transition.
To Don’s Family… my sincerest wishes for healing. I worked with Don in McLean for a couple years and he was a very kind and giving co-worker. While working with him I encountered a difficult personal situation where he researched and provided me resources to help in the Cleveland OH area. He provided much stress relief in a difficult time by doing so. Through working with Don and Joan I came to follow Meredith and Erica’s lives in middle school/high school. I hope each of you know that your Dad’s quiet kindness to me will never be forgotten–he made an impact during a very difficult time in my young life. Please take comfort in your memories and in each other. You are in my thoughts. Dona
I will always remember Mr. Keuchel’s generous spirit, heart, and smile. As the father of one of my best friends, I spent a lot of time at his home over the years. He invited me on family vacations, lent us his car for a road trip in college, and would always make sure we were well fed. His memory will live on in his children, grandchildren, family, and friends. Sending tons of love to you all.
I want to express how sorry I am to the Keuchel family for your loss. I had the pleasure of meeting Don when we both accepted jobs in DC. The cost of living in DC led Don and I to be apartment mates and we shared many new friends and adventures (SAT picnics, carpooling, homemade spaghetti making, amusement parks…). I will always remember Don’s kindness, determination and love of family. I will also always remember him as a great dad to Meredith and Erica.
