Dorothy Parker Dembo

On Sunday, December 28, Dorothy Dembo, wife of the late William A. Dembo, Sr., died peacefully in her sleep at St. George Village in Roswell, GA. She was born in Waynesburg, PA to Charles and Mary Parker. A veteran of WWII, she served with the U.S. Navy in the WAVEs. Dorothy was a long-time resident of Vienna, VA before moving to Roswell in 2007. Sister of the late John Parker and Charles Parker, she is survived by daughters Marsha Giusti (Ron) of Springfield and Barbara Dellinger (Robert) of Vienna; son William A. Dembo, Jr. (Cindy) of Marietta, GA; grandchildren William Dellinger, David Giusti, Brandi Dellinger, and William Dembo III; great-granddaughter Reagan Parker Hill; and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, 31 December, 31, from 10:30 to 11:00 at Christ Lutheran Church, 3810 Meredith Drive, Fairfax, VA where a service will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be on Friday morning in Waynesburg, PA.
