He is also survived by his brother John (Susan) Wiggins, 4 grandchildren, Cara Wrobel, Jessie, Kylee, and Jenna Wiggins and 1 great-grandchild Caden Wrobel

I have many great memories of the time I spent in DC under his tutelege. I know how much he loved his family and I how much you will miss him.
