Douglas (Doug) Ross McPherson, born January 21st 1942, died peacefully at home in Reston, Virginia, on Sunday,
December 11th, 2016, after a long battle with cancer.
Beloved husband of Romey McPherson, much loved by his daughter Sheri Elizabeth, and his son-in-law James Pessagno, by his stepchildren Agnus and Kate Chapman and by all his grandchildren and other members of his family, step family and friends. A gentle man of courage and integrity, he was the sole owner of his consultancy firm, McPherson Enterprises, LLC.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at noon on Thursday, December 29th 2016, at Vienna Presbyterian Church. Family flowers only, please send donations in his memory to Vienna Presbyterian Church-Missions, 124 Park Street NE, Vienna, VA 22180.
