Dear Harrington Family: I am the recipient of one of Dylan’s gifts of life. I was dying of liver failure and waiting for a donor. Words cannot express my sorrow that my healing came at the expense of your precious Dylan. I can only offer my humble thanks for the unselfishness of your gracious giving at a time of terrible loss, but also my fervent, heartfelt prayers for you to remember and celebrate Dylan with joy and not the pain of his absence. You will forever be in my and the Baltimore family’s prayers.
